3

4
lock

Cloud-only features (audio, photo, video, email, Siri, push notifications) show a lock 🔒 on the Local Plan

💡 Example · What changes

On the Local Plan you can capture text, clarify, organise, use the calendar and recurring templates. The Cloud Plan unlocks media capture, email, friends/delegations, Siri, push notifications and multi-device sync.

💡 Example · In practice

"Hey Siri, Capture in LiberaMente" → Siri asks: "What do you want to capture?" → you say "Call the dentist" → appears instantly in Inbox.

2

Step 1 — Is there something to do? No → Reference or Trash · Yes → continue

3
auto_awesome

Step 2 — Does it require more than one action? Here you can tap "Suggest everything": AI proposes a project, contexts, energy, duration, delegate and timing from the title and notes (requires consent from Settings) · or continue manually: link/create a project and move on

4
timer

Step 3 — Less than 2 minutes? Yes → do it now (doesn't enter the system) · No → continue

5
tune

Step 4 — Add details: context (@Phone, @Home…), energy level, estimated duration

6
person

Step 5 — Do it yourself or delegate it? Yourself → choose when (As soon as possible / Specific date / Someday) and add it to Next Actions · Delegate it → moves to Waiting For, with an optional due date

💡 Example · Full example

"Call the dentist" → Something to do? Yes → More than one action? No → Less than 2 min? No → Context: @Phone → You do it? Yes → When? ASAP → Next Actions.

bolt

2-minute rule: if it takes less than 2 minutes, do it right now during the wizard — don't put it on a list! And if you're not sure where to start, try "Suggest everything": AI makes a complete proposal you can adjust before confirming.

3
auto_awesome

The AI assistant picks a single action from the matching ones and explains in 1-2 friendly sentences why it's the right choice right NOW

4
check_circle

Mark the action as done directly from the suggestion card — no need to go hunt for it elsewhere

5
lock

The first time, you'll be asked for explicit consent: the feature stays off until you enable it from Settings → AI suggestions

💡 Example · Half an hour before a call

Context: @Computer · Time: 30 min · Energy: medium → "I'd prepare the outline for tomorrow's meeting: it won't take long and it'll be one less thing on your mind before the call."

bolt

💡 Example · Automatic Weekly Review

Create "Weekly Review" with weekly frequency and Calendar mode → every Monday "Weekly Review" appears in Inbox. You clarify it, create the next action, complete it → the cycle restarts automatically.

bolt
